Take the guesswork out of notching tubing with the ZERR FAB Tube Cope Tracer Set.

Designed for fabricators building tube chassis, roll cages, bumpers, rock sliders, and other custom tube projects, these tracers make it quick and easy to lay out accurate tube copes.

Simply slide the correct tracer over your tubing, align your centerline, trace the profile, and cut. They can also be used before cutting to help determine which joint angle works best for your project.

HOW TO USE

1. Select the tracer for the angle you need and slide it over the tubing.
2. Align the tracer and mark your centerline.
3. Trace the cope profile onto the tubing with a marker.
4. Remove the tracer and cut along the marked profile using your preferred cutting method.
5. Fine-tune the fit if necessary, then you’re ready to weld.
