Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Because many of our products are made-to-order, specialty, or 3D-printed items, please review the product description, sizing, and specifications carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos showing the issue.

If we determine that the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed. Once an order has entered production or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Issues

ZerrFab is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer. Please verify your shipping information before completing your purchase.
